Horrible

Liked: The only nice thing it was staff.
Disliked: First we have suv ford, couldn’t fit car in hotel garage, before that staff told us it will be cheaper to use there parking but we needed to go to other one and turns out the other was was way way cheaper. Bed were hard and not comfortable at all. Room supposed to be pet friendly it was not even human friendly, first thing the hot wave hit you when you come in, open windows didn’t do anything it was literally no air to breathe, couldn’t sleep because of that and because of the bad location opening window was not an option as outside noises were just too much. Elevator is so small that barely can for 2 people with suitcases. Horrible experience for that price. Not worth it

Not quite the NH hotel...

Liked: The location of the hotel was good and within easy reach of the centre and all touristy locations. The staff were friendly and helpful although the hotel was not as I had remembered from previous visits in the NH chain.
Disliked: There is no bar in the hotel, with only a vending machine catering to guests. There were a number of issues which despite reminders, were not (or could not) be addressed. The first concerning a problem with the lift doors which failed to operate correctly and made using the lift concerning. Coffee making facilities in the room were of little use due to oversized cups provided for its use. The bathroom sink remained partially blocked for the period of our stay, there were no hooks on which to hang towels and for the benefit of older guests there were no grab rails to assist getting out of the shower/bath.
