Great stay, excellent location.

Liked: Great location, walking distance to key places (museums, train station, restaurants, etc.). The staff was very helpful when we had questions or asked for help.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: Perfect location, train station, shops, restaurants all near by.
Disliked: Its still expensive, also standard rooms have no view and internal rooms , so claustrophobic! We had to pay extra to go to a room with view.

Great hotel in the middle...

Liked: We had a lovely room with a little terrace on the 7th floor with views over some botanical gardens across the road from the hotel. A great place to watch the evening lightning storms that we had both times we stayed here. The hotel lobby was very pretty also.
Disliked: The underground car park was very tight and not for the squeamish if you have a car much bigger than a Kuga! But very handy if you're driving.

Liked: I liked they always have an "welcome" drink, snack, fruit or something for you in the reception. And the staff is great.
Disliked: We stayed before at The NH Eurobuilding Hotel, wich was one of the most incredible hotels we´ve ever been. For that reason, we had high expectations, but I think NH Madrid is a lower-tier hotel of the same brand. Even with the upgrade they offered us, the room was very little and less comfortable, with weathered doors, for example.
