Not bad for short stay

Disliked: No acoustic isolationBreakfast at 7 oclock, we had our train at 7h30 so for similar hotels at least they need to start at 6.30 am.

Liked: Location
Disliked: It was very hot and stuffy in the room. We tried several times to adjust the air-conditioning, but the system didn't respond when we tried to turn up the fan, and while the temperature setting seemed to work on the display, it was so hot in the room we couldn't sleep.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!
Liked: Walking distance to the train station and also close to Retiro Park and Prado Museum. Clean and spacious room that was very comfortable. Loved the views from the balconies too.
Disliked: The room air conditioning was a little warm, couldn’t be adjusted to a cooler setting. Thankfully the staff could arrange for a standing fan in the room to help as it was past midnight.
