Liked: The hotel has a very good location, close to the Prado and many other museums and also close to the Atocha train station. the staff is very helpful and speaks English quite well.
Disliked: The rooms are rather small

Liked: The location is right in front of Atocha station. The room was perfectly clean. It was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The entrance has a few steps going up and down in order to enter. It was a bit hustling with two large suitcases in hands. A slope will be great.
