Horrible staff. Time to change...

Liked: Not a great deal to like.
Disliked: The staff in this hotel were rude and unfriendly. I have been to Germany many times and stayed in many hotels and I have never experienced such unhappy and rude staff. Being helpful is your job and a smile costs nothing!!

Liked: Counter staff are friendly. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The location is near the train station which allows you to travel to Stuttgart from Ludwingburg.
