Great to be back again!

Liked: Fantastic room at the top of the building with a little terrace outside, with great views. Friendly staff. Very clean. Loved having a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge. Was like a mini studio apartment. Great location - both the beach and the center of the city are walkable to, and it's very close to the lovely Turia gardens.
Disliked: The bed was a little bouncy for our liking, but that's probably just a matter of what you're used to. I missed having a bath-tub in the bathroom (but I did know this before taking the room and the shower was good).

Disliked: The water of the pool was cold most of the days. We could not enjoy it. The gym doesn’t have air conditioner.The room is dated and needs modernising.

Liked: Location was good if you want to visit the museum.
Disliked: The facilities were very disappointing. The swimming pool and sauna were very bad, and the restaurant and its services too. NH used to be better, but for sure this not a hotel that matches the 4 stars hotel standards in terms of services or quality.Staff were just not aiming to provide a good service. The guy at the restaurant was watching Real Madrid game and a couple of clients left unattained and disappointed.
