Liked: The location of the hotel and the lake view were perfect and relaxing. The personnel at the reception were also very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and relaxing. I appreciated the ample working area and comfortable table, which are essential, especially during business trips when you need to work.
Disliked: I couldn't adjust the air conditioning and sometimes felt a bit cold, although it wasn't too chilly. The room was excellent, but I felt it might have been cleaned a bit quickly.

Liked: The only positive aspect is that they covered the garage costs.
Disliked: The address listed on the website, Mediapark 8B, is wrong. If you input this into your GPS, you'll end up driving onto a dead-end one-way street. Somewhere hidden on the website, it is mentioned that you are not allowed to input this, but when you're on the way, you look up the address and don't sift through the entire webpage for information you don't need because you already have the hotel's address!!! Finally, when you find the parking, which is located under a large shopping center, you'll navigate through a labyrinth of parking spaces with minimal indication of where the hotel's parking is. I Specifically booked the hotel because there's a restaurant insite, but the restaurant has been closed for months because they don't have a chef! There's no way to get fresh air in the room; not a single window could be opened, and it smelled musty!
