Disliked: Toilet was nearly inaccessible. Bathroom door hung backwards! Only disabled access was through the parking garage with access around the block and into the garage.

Disliked: MAJOR ISSUEWhen you go on holiday, the one thing you definitely expect is being able to sleep properly. Unfortunately for us that was not the case. Since it was a bit warm, and the air conditioning was not working properly (all 3 nights of our stay), so we had to open the window (we were on second floor facing the inner courtyard which had the bar). On all nights, there was too much noise from the people at the bar, and once the guests left, even hotel staff were sitting outside in the courtyard and talking loudly till 1am-2am. While the bar was open people were also smoking outside which we could smell in the room as well, extremely irritating while trying to sleep. The first night we ignored the noise, but for the next 2 night I complained multiple times by calling the reception after midnight, one night even multiple times till 1:30am or so. It was very tiring and frustrating to ask reception continually on multiple nights. Other issues:- The bed was not so comfortable- The room decor is a bit run down, and it shows, e.g. the toilet bowl was cracked in a few places- No english channels on TV Overall, one of the most uncomfortable stays, and not the kind of experience you would expect after spending close to 200 euros per night at a hotel chain like this. First and last time at NH for us.

Liked: Nice friendly staff and the hotel is in an excellent location.
Disliked: Price of the drinks in the reception. €4 for a bottle of water is outrageous.

Very good

Liked: Great room size and comfortable bed, had a pleasant dinner at the hotel restaurant, friendly and attentive service.
Disliked: The location wasn't great for our purpose to explore historical cites, cafes with barista made coffee min. 15-20 min away (personal preference for morning brew); bathroom size was a bit small.
