Liked: The cleanliness, the room design, the bed, the accessibility of the hotel and its location, the breakfast buffet, and the room service’s high quality of food.
Disliked: Nothing significant comes to mind besides the price which was high. However, in terms of the services provided, I think the cost was justified.

A poor welcome by Christian...

Disliked: One of the most important moments for any guest is the check-in experience. Unfortunately, mine started on a very negative note. I was met by a front desk staff member named Christian, whose attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, despite my respectful approach. I was on the verge of leaving the hotel altogether due to his behavior. Thankfully, Hanane stepped in just in time — her professionalism, politeness, and warm attitude completely changed the atmosphere and saved the situation. She truly turned things around and made me feel valued again. However, due to my initial experience, I will not be returning to this hotel.

Excellent hotel in Heidelberg

Liked: Fabulous breakfast with multiple choices.Hotel architecture in an old brewery is amazing.Room was large and quite despite facing the street as double window range.Parking convenient just beneath the hotel.Old town just 10 min walk distance.

Liked: Inviting lobby area, lots of space. Room is very large relative to other places. comfortable bed and bathroom. Free cocktail was a nice touch. Not too close to old town but a nice 10~15 min walk. onsite parking garage
