Liked: The bed was great, room size was perfect and curtains blacked out the whole room, which is great
Disliked: There were so many mosquitoes in the room. I killed about 4 or 5 on the day of check-in, still had like 4 on check-out. The toilet looked dirty in the bottom (it's fine if it's just stained, but I couldn't tell). The shower head was leaking and we couldn't adjust the water stream so it was just a strong water jet in the middle of the shower head (also a bit of regular water jet). The water also would change temperature during shower but I guess that can happen sometimes. There was also no outlets next to bed (not that I could find at least)

Liked: I've stayed at this hotel many times, breakfast always good and staff friendly.
Disliked: Being a hot evening, the air conditioning was very noisy and being directly over the hotel entrance, having the window open was even noisier

Great friendly hotel in Frankfurt...

Liked: Great rooms, easy to find parking, friendly staff at reception and breakfast restaurant. Excellent beds. Overall, I had a very relaxing stay.

Liked: I have been in this hotel several times in the past 15 years. Experience this time was very bad. Room temperature was extremely high. Air conditioning not working. Reported this to receptionist, the only offer given was a very noisy fan….Opening the window was also no option due to room close to entrance of hotel. Very noisy with loud laughting smoking guests outside to late midnight. A call to reception did not effect in anything. So, probably this was my last stay here.
