Good for Firenze rocks but...

Liked: The location for Firenze RocksRoof top pool
Disliked: The nightclub across the road which has loud bass until 4am both nights we were there.The cleaners door opposite our room which slammed frequently when In use early In the morning.Staff saying they’d provide ear plugs at 2am but had to come down and chase them.Getting charged city tax although booking.com price said taxes included.Having pre paid staff tried to tell us we somehow still owed 10 euros.Very inflated price due to the concerts.

Amazing stay

Liked: Everything, the room was lovely and the staff were amazing. The roof top pool was the cherry on the cake.It was our 25th wedding anniversary whilst at the hotel, that staff could not have been more helpful, especially Claudia and Alice in making it special.

Really spacious room with comfortable...

Liked: It’s a lovely walk along the river to get to the centre of Firenze
Disliked: The road outside was a bit noisy especially and so the terrace wasn’t as beneficial as I hoped
