Optimum location for complete valencia...

Liked: Location is perfect for visiting the Valencia - across the street from Turia park, Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencia and aquarium. It is a 20min bus drive to beach. I did not have breakfast, but there a many restorants in the same block. There is a nice pastery shop/cafe in little park behind the hotel - also nice for breakfast in nature. There are buses 35 and 95 taking you to center old town (10-15min drive). It is also walkable to there. Rooms are new, very clean and roomy enough.
Disliked: My room was on ground level so traffic was a bit louder than I expected (maybe it is just this rooms window). It was also a bit dark.

Good location, hotel needs improvements

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect, right în the heart of Las Ciencias neighbourhood.
Disliked: We stayed în a room that had a Window that didn't close and the room was pretty chilly because of that. We asked reception every day for the window to be fixed but to no avail. One day at 1 în the morning they knocked at the door waking us all up saying they wanted to check if the window is OK. Also the bathroom had a cracked sinkOverall the hotel needs a re-do, it has an old vibe to it.

Disliked: Water in the shower, going from extremely cold to extremely hotBreakfast was ok but I don’t like buffets for hygienic reasons (especially after Covid)

Liked: It was a perfectly fine hotel, with helpful staff and a correct room. Easy, it felt private and it was comfortable.
Disliked: Location turned out to be a bit inconvenient for us since we mainly were exploring the city centre and the Malvarrosa beach. It requires a short taxi ride or bus/tram journey.

Liked: Only the location.
Disliked: Upon arrival at night, we discovered that the air conditioning at room not functioning and the hotel had not informed us of this issued prior to check in which is we booked for two night. This caused significant discomfort and afflected our stay especially considering the weather conditions..And there is no coffee and tea maker. And when we asked they said that they don't provide it. Due to this inconvenience, we decided to leave early and request the cancellation of the remaining nights and we kindly asked for your assistance in processing the request. But unfortunately we got the answer from booking,com that the hotel refused the refund. When we checked out the hotel said that they can refund but should inform the booking.com. But we got an answered from booking.com that the hotel don't want to refund.
