Disliked: Upon check-in, I was asked to leave a deposit equal to the cost of one night, even though there was no mention of this on the website. At check-out, I asked to have the cost of the late check-out deducted from the deposit, but the hotel still owed me about €60. They refused to return the money in cash and said it would be transferred back to my card. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received the money. I believe that a hotel of this level cannot afford to stoop to such a disgraceful deception of tourists.

It's good but should be...

Liked: - Connecting room- breakfast- cleaning
Disliked: - bad smell in the corridors.- noise- 30€ for spa use- service and taste of Bikini Bar
