Highly recommended

Liked: The building was beautiful, the premium room was spacious, and everything was very clean. The welcome note and drink were a nice touch. The restaurant and bar were also excellent—everything was spot on.
Disliked: We absolutely loved every bit of this place.

Amazing breakfast and very comfortable...

Liked: Spacious bedroom, separate powder room to shower area.Make sure you include breakfast it was absolutely amazing. Bus stop just outside for easy trip into Madrid city.Best room we had in Spain.

Very good

Liked: Good value for money. More amenities than Hilton.
Disliked: The hotel entry and check-in desk is difficult to reach, up several stairs. A security guard near the door saw me struggling to get my suitcase up the stairs and would not come outside to assist me. I informed the check in desk and apologies were made. Hotel and hospitality staff should be in the business of Customer Service!
