Clean hotel, good location, but...

Disliked: 1.Although there were other available apartments, the front desk staff initially assigned me I would say to the worst one - located on the M floor, at the end of the hallway near three staff rooms and directly across from the fitness center. To the left there was an emergency exit and stairs. . As a young woman, I did not feel safe there at all. I’m not sure if this was intentional or simply due to the front desk staff’s incompetence and lack of concern for guests. After a 5-hour flight, at 8PM I had to deal with resolving this issue instead of resting.2. I understand it’s not mandatory, but this was the first hotel I stayed at where I couldn’t find slippers. I travel often, other hotels with the same category provide guests with such things and this was disappointing. 3. The breakfast was also below expectations.4. Problems with online checkin. Seems like the checkin form contains a validation that doesn’t allow to input passport details that don’t match the requirements (maybe the error is valid for all foreigners)
