Disliked: NH says they are pet friendly on their website. Upon arrival we found our room was located on the 2nd floor, even though they knew we were travelling with our dog. They would not swap to a lower floor even if they have 509 rooms. They charge €35 for dog per night. They made me sign a contract telling where I couldn’t take the dog in the hotel. If I wanted to eat I could have a table prepared in the foyer of the hotel. The check in clerk was very negative and kept on saying what I couldn’t do during my stay. Perhaps a bit of positive hints of what I could do instead of just what was prohibited for my dog and myself.The hotel is massive and have a very large car park, however they charge €7 for parking. Their car park is massive, so I wonder why charging for their guests?I’ve travelled through France, Germany, Holland, Denmark, UK and Sweden and this hotel is by far the most expensive charge I’ve paid for my pet of 8kg and also I’ve never been charged for car parking if stayed overnight.This hotel is not even in the city centre.
