Pleasant

Liked: Room design and big shower, tea & coffee
Disliked: Room too hot and AC broken ( we paid for it !) The bed was too firm. There wasn't much milk

Beds like a brick and...

Disliked: I didn't like when I went down the wrong part of the hotel and ended up in a restricted part of the hotel housing illegal immigrants And checkpoint and told me I shouldn't be here

The whole journey was lovely...

Liked: The whole journey was lovely and we were really happy they’ve been able to accommodate our early check in after an exhausting and long trip. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely recommend to our friends in the future !

WORSE HOTEL I HAD STAYED...

Disliked: I am the highest Level of Genius member on booking com. I travel more than a lot and I am easy to please as long as we all act as human and do not complicate things too much:) hotels can be old or scary but can be managed amazing and have great staff- you wont get that with this hotel!I am from poland and all the disappointment in majority had was here. If there is a lift then it does not work, if the dogs are allowed then not big dogs, if you are a human you are disappointment because you are a woman and can be treated less.. so all this plus terrible service is what you get in this hotel. Staff- lady that welcomed us was rude, we paid on booking she tried to tell us there is no room we booked, then charge us double saying the booking price was wrong, which never happened before and I know it was bull***. The hotel is old, creepy, its an old school, hospital or something. The lift didnt work, you walk to your rooms for days, signs are poor, shower really bad, phone didn't work, card key didn't work so had to walk back to the reception for miles again, staff did not apologised, they did not care. I ordered champagne asked for glasses- they gave me 2 worse glasses you get in uk in a pub, but waited for the glass almost 20 min, so poor, restaurant guys are not welcoming also..all together it was bad I am making a complaint to booking. To customers - if you see GOOD on booking it is usually terrible, drive somewhere else, you be unhappy here.

All in all great experience.

Liked: Space, space 1000 parkeerplekken and sprawling buildings, two levels only. Windows could open.Breakfast with good choices.When back in NL, we will certainly try to stay here again.I used to live in the Randstad and this place and area wasfor me a revelation, flying on the small Eindhoven airport was also great as little timeloss!Veldhoven nicely kept community place, with some nice restaurants, shops and cafés.And we went to city of Den Bosch with shops open on the Sunday and atmosphere to match.All in all great experience.
Disliked: Mmmm, The airco did not seem to work, but was only onarrival a bit too hot in the room and the evening and next days the weather cooled off.
