Disliked: The receptionist “ anshita “ I’m not sure about the spilling of her name but she was unhelpful and very rude I came from long road trip already write message the the hotel about my arrival time .But her attitude while talk the most rude person I have ever met! I ask her about the parking hight because we have VAN car she told us it 2 meter ! When went to park our car was not fit n the parking so we ask where we can park outside as we are tourist we don’t know all place and law for the city she told me I don’t know what do you want me to do !!

Liked: The hotel is near the tram station, the breakfast was great and the hotel front desk staffs were very friendly.

Liked: Check in was very easy. The rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: The cleaning was a little lacking. Quite dusty; as someone with a dust allergy this was a problem.

Recommended!

Liked: Hotel is just infront of train station and also near the Main train Station. Staffs are friendly and nice, big room, there’s also welcome drinks.
Disliked: It would be nice if there’s a kettle and some coffee/tea inside the room. Also bulbs needs to be change and some electric outlets need to be repair/fix.
