Affordable stay with great staff...

Liked: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and well cleaned, the little self-service shop in the lobby had all sorts of travel essentials and also drinks and snacks which was incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet was also very nice, offered everything we needed to kickstart our day. The on-site parking garage was nice too, with a motion-sensor controlled lighting system and sufficient space.
Disliked: Since the hotel is situated right by a busy road, there are no spots in front of the hotel for cars to stop (only three spots for taxis, which was full when we came to check-in). Coming by car, we did not know beforehand that we could just go into the parking garage without checking in first, so this caused some confusion at first. Mostly our own fault since we did not inquire in advance. During our stay the air conditioning had trouble cooling the rooms too, but it was not unbearable.

Liked: The breakfast was great and the location is great too
Disliked: The checking in time was a bit too late as it’s at 3:00, my flight was early and I got to the hotel very early around 10:00 and could not. Am thinking if it at least 1:00pm will be better.

No EV charger

Liked: The staff
Disliked: The fact that it said there where electric vehicle chargers. When I asked beforehand they said there were some more or less nearby, and when we arrived we found out that there where some, sure, but out of order. I suggest that they install some themselves in the parking garage so they can announce in booking that they have. This made our road trip longer the following day.

Loved it, if vissting Dusseldorf...

Liked: Very clean and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location wise is just perfect, just next to tram and train station. Lidle is just 3 min walk across the road.
Disliked: The only thing i would not expect such a hotel not to have a smart tv in their rooms. Also the room key card is used for the elevator and ours didnt work couple of times
