Costly noisy disaster.

Liked: It was close to the office. Parking is easy (but not free).
Disliked: Unlike room 242 on the second floor I stayed in before, 530 on the fifth is very noisy - closer to the lift, making it busier around the door. The box for the fridge doesn't have an external door, so I had to switch it off to make the room quieter, but the worst of all is the noise from the gym on the sixth floor, namely the treadmill. If someone is running on it, it is impossible to focus on anything like watching TV or working on a PC...sleeping is impossible. The gym is open from 10 to 22, making it impossible to use in the morning, and it isn't quiet for the people on the floor below. Also, I don't get the point at all why access to the sauna is for an extra fee. I don't know how much extra money it brings, but I think it should be free for hotel guests. Especially when the room rate is over EUR100,-. I will try to avoid this hotel in the future, unless it costs half of the current rates. There are many better options in Dresden.
