Liked: All the basics were covered. The location is a short walk to the tram and the S-Bahn (though not exactly central or "in" either the old or new city). We used the sauna every day and basically had it to ourselves, which was great.
Disliked: We had a situation where we were concerned when we came back and found our hotel room open. We went down to the front desk to ask someone to accompany us to check the room because we were two women travelling together and were scared, but for some reason the person at the desk started arguing with us and took a while before accepting to help us, which I thought was strange. Nothing was missing in the room and nothing came out of that, but I was surprised that this person was at first unwilling to help. Outside of this I do have to say that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Located within easy access to Naustad
Disliked: Shower in bath, bath slippy and was not comfortable getting out of bath/shower (worrying about slipping and banging head of sink surface) bathroom needs a redesign
