Liked: Nice hotel room towards the Mariahilfer street, slightly noisy during the evening but fine. Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. The additional bed for the kid was okay.

Liked: The showerheads were not properly clean. There was limestone buildup preventing proper waterflow. I partially removed it myself.

Never again in this hotel

Liked: As a start, the location was not easy to reach with a taxi and had to go in a public parking to enter the hotel. The big surprise or let's say the shocking surprise is the attitude and behaviour of front disk ladies specially Mira. She was very aggressive and had a very bad attitude and lacks the simplest manner you would expect in a hotel receptionist serving customers and while I was dealing with here colleagues during my checking in she was always trying to push herself in a very bad behaviour which was totally outrageous. I did book for two nights but with such behaviour I moved out next day to another hotel losing one night fee which I didn't regret. Rooms were average and be aware they only have one elevator for customers and services so waiting time is just unbelievable to get the elevator.
