Great experience

Liked: Very helpful staff, the facilities.
Disliked: Nothing

Clean and comfortable hotel!

Liked: Large rooms, very clean. Coffee in the room was a bonus. Very quiet in hotel even though on a busy street. Reception staff were great. Lobby Bartender was not so friendly. Flavored water and candies near reception was a nice touch. Hop on Hop Off Bus stop just outside hotel - unfortunately because of local protests in the city the bus never came!
Disliked: Not enough tissues in the box! We traveled in Spring when everyone had sniffles from pollen in the air!

Noisy room and not able to sleep

Liked: location, staff were friendly, lots of towels and nice bedding
Disliked: our room for the first night of our pre-booked two night stay was next to an incredibly noisy night club. We noticed about 7 pm or so a very loud and consistent music noise and mentioned it to the front desk upon our heading out to dinner.........we were told it was the next-door nightclub/disco and that the noise shouldn't go too late. As we didn't get back from dinner etc until late we thought we would be okay, however the loud, incessant booming music noise did not stop until 5:30 am. !! We were awake all night long!!!! We asked to be moved in the morning and were, but didn't out get our new room until the afternoon check in time. It was obvious to us that the staff knew that our first room was going to be a noisy room and we were disappointed that no compensation was offered given that we were unable to sleep due to the all night noise in the first room.

Liked: Clean rooms. Room had a nice size.
Disliked: Not very soundproof, you can hear the neighbor cough, walkWe were told that the breakfast is 17 on weekends and when we went and already took food we had to pay much more as the 17 only applies when you pre-book, which we were not told. Dissatisfying situation.
