Disappointing. We would not return

Liked: Location.Comfortable room
Disliked: The staff were either unfriendly or not interested in our presence.The check-in was tedious and drawn out with requests for two email addresses and no information about facilities or anything positive

Great location and friendly service

Liked: Good location for us to easily walk alongside the river to Guggenheim Museum. Excellent to also drop off and pick up the airport bus service. Our room was clean and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Bathroom was tired and shower not easy to adjust temperature.

Liked: Staff were courteous, efficient, and professional. Their advices were clear and accurate (e.g. which restaurants, where to shop, time to go to attractions, etc.). The services were excellent (kind of get before you ask). And the omelette baveuse of the breakfast was a real masterpiece.
Disliked: We were on the courtyard view, so not the best
