Very nice hotel and would...

Liked: Hotel is very nicely presented and rooms though small were very comfortable.. heating was a bit hot for me. Staff were very good
Disliked: Safe did not work and heating set to same for all rooms

Great hotel in a convenient...

Liked: Breakfast was delicious - such fresh fruit! The staff were all lovely - nothing was too much trouble. And there are some really nice bars on the piazza for apperetivo. Really enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Great view of the square below. Location very good.
Disliked: Asked for room close to elevator - it was literally the last room down the passage. No face cloth, lights very difficult to use, and no turn down service. Service from staff very mixed. Breakfast below par. Poor eggs and no orange juice.
