We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Comfortable and spacious rooms, close to the Vatican, very friendly staff, effective air conditioning, everyone was very helpful - easy to call a taxi to get around. Grocery store next door and lots of places in and around the area for various things. 15-20 min walk from Vatican, 15-20 min walk to Piazza Navona. We were very comfortable in the suites and received rooms together with our family.
Disliked: For someone looking to be in the center of the action, stay on the other side of the river if you want everything more in walking distance. But Rome is huge so unlike other cities I didn’t find everything walkable so this location was great for us!

Nice location

Liked: The location was excellent — we were able to walk everywhere, so there was no need to use the buses, which were often crowded and uncomfortably hot. The breakfast was fairly average.
Disliked: The rooms were not very clean; the floors and corners were dusty. Also, the toilet flush was not working properly, and the water was draining slowly in the shower.

Recommended

Liked: Well placed to see Rome, very nice room and excellent breakfast. The staff is helpful, polite and well trained.

Lovely hotel in fabulous location.

Liked: Room, location, cleanliness, balcony.
Disliked: No iron in room, no corkscrew available.

Liked: Everything about the hotel was good, cleanliness, location and especially the staff. Michelle from the reception was very helpful and excellent service.
