Wonderful stay and looking forward...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location up on the hill offered great views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was still close enough to the city to explore easily. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. A big thank you to Petr, the Guest Relations Manager, who patiently explained everything about the hotel and gave us great sightseeing tips. Also, compliments to Chef Jirka – my son ordered the beef steak twice via room service and said it was one of the best he’s ever had – tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Overall, a lovely experience and we’ll definitely be back!
Disliked: Not so much that we don't like it, but just a suggestion for the housekeeping to replace complementary bottled water and tea/coffee daily.

Liked: The location of the hotel is good. The room is big enough and you have all you need for a nice stay. During the breakfast it was good to have freshly fried omelette and pancakes. The spa us also very good
Disliked: The extra bed for the child was not that convenient, quite small. And it would be good to get bathrobes and slippers from the very beginning but not upon request. But it didn't spoil the stay anyway
