The beautiful hotel for family

Liked: This hotel met my expectations. The hotel's services were of a high standard. The room was well equipped, cleaned. Breakfast was delicious. I can recommend this hotel and we would love to come back here again.

Fabulous hotel with safe parking...

Liked: Everything was perfect. If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I loved our stay. Having parking garage, although a little expensive, was very convenient. The rooms were excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The highlight was the little cable car to our room. It was fun for kids. The breakfast was fabulous. And they also serve it to your room if you wish. We have stayed in so many hotels that have buffet breakfast just for the sake of having it on the service list but never is good, but at NH everything was fresh and tasted amazing. The day goes well when you have an amazing start. Overall it was excellent and we will go again.

Comfortable but not welcoming and...

Liked: The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bed and pillows are cozy — you actually look forward to coming back to sleep at the hotel.
Disliked: Some of the front desk staff were unhelpful, unsympathetic, and seemed uninterested in answering questions or addressing concerns. It didn’t feel comfortable to ask for the information we needed.They didn’t have a power adapter for electrical outlets, which caused us a problem we had to solve on our own.Google Maps does not lead directly to the hotel entrance; instead, you arrive at the entrance of another building that also belongs to the NH Hotels chain.The hotel is not prepared for water outages, as we experienced during our stay. A water supply issue affected a part of Prague, and the hotel lost all access to water. The staff showed little concern for our frustration, and there was no backup water tank available.We had to spend the morning without water and ended up using drops from a bottled water just to get by.

A hotel that we will...

Liked: The hotel is accessible with a cable car, which makes the experience unique!It's surrounded with a park, so it's very nice to take a walk there as well.Breakfast was nice, the terasse is opened during nice weather, so it's quite nice to eat outside with all the greenery and a view on the cable car going up and down.Room and bathroom were spacious, the green terasse was the best part!Tram station was a short walk away.
Disliked: The cleanliness could be better.
