Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel for six nights, and from the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The welcome was warm and heartfelt, and every staff member we encountered made us feel genuinely cared for.A special mention goes to Valeria at reception, who was kind and attentive from the start. Mr. Zayed stood out for his respectful and gentle demeanor, while Mr. Diop warmly greeted us and ensured our comfort throughout. Mr. Leronzetto deserves praise for preparing top-quality coffee every morning with a smile. Mr. Luca, also from the front desk team, brought a great spirit and positive energy, and Mr. Samir went above and beyond to assist with any request we had. Mr. Mamadou from the security team was professional and courteous at all times.We also want to sincerely thank Mr. Lkhael, who was incredibly helpful and respectful throughout our stay. Always smiling and ready to assist, he added a wonderful personal touch that made a real difference.From housekeeping, Mrs. Sara was outstanding—her attention to detail and respectful manner left a lovely touch in our room every day.We were generously offered a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s service is undoubtedly high-end; the staff is well-trained, professional, and genuinely kind. The location is excellent—safe, clean, and well-connected by nearby stations.The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities like luggage scale—small touches that show attention to guest needs.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. Clean and well located, but...

Liked: Very clean and a big room. Hotel is very well located in Milan, close to Eataly and restaurants area.
Disliked: Front desk guy decided to speak portuguese with us during our check in. It was his decision to do it, probably to be polite, because me and my wife can speak English perfectly. During the check in, he explained in a wrong way that to have breakfast we needed to pay only 8 euros per day. Next day morning, when me decided to have breakfast, the woman responsible to verify the rooms in the entrance of the breakfast area said that our breakfast was not included and we needed to pay 5x more compared to what I was informed during the check in process. Surprised, I said that this was not informed by the front desk, so she let us enter and 5 minutes later appeared again with another guy from the front desk saying that we needed to pay to continue there (in front of all of the other guests). Totally ashamed by this situation, we just left our plates with food there and decided to go somewhere else to have our breakfast in peace.Later on I discovered that 8 euros per person was the city tax per day charged by the hotel, what was clearly a mistake during the check in process explanation. It is a shame that an expensive hotel like this one handle situations like this so badly, as it was a mistake from the front desk and clients cannot be exposed this way in front of all the other guests.
