Not worth what they charged.

Liked: The shower head was ridiculous. Made showering a chore. Rm 420. Front desk person gave us incorrect information about the hop on hop off bus. She claimed all bus companies ran the same routes, which was incorrect. She insisted we pay inside and hotel. When we went outside to board the bus, we found 43 other bus companies there offering different routes. Unable to get a refund, so we were stuck with an inferior experience. Shame on Giulia!!!

Liked: Situated in a lovely, historical area, this is a very good five star hotel with great staff and modern, spacious rooms. Breakfast was a little cramped but much to choose. Good area away from the more dubious parts of the Termini station. Will stay there again.

Liked: Pls improve restaurant cooking skills. The lunch and dinner I had there were truly disappointing.”Also I would like to request the hotel’s assistance in arranging transportation, whether by taxi or Uber, especially during rainy days. It may be necessary for hotel staff to guide guests to the pickup location; otherwise, those needing to go out for appointments may face uncertainties in managing their time, causing inconvenience.
