Liked: The stuff was so kind and helpful. They have also upgraded our room, very unexpectedly but so pleasant. Definitely coming back. Everything is very well maintained, new furniture and new the building itself

Liked: Very nice hotel, the staff is very polite and helpfull all the time! The room is very good and the bathroom overall is also very good! The breakfast is very complete and also the restaurant. 2 minutes from a subway station.

Disliked: had to wait 40 mins before getting inti the room as they did not clean it on time!!! there was not full house. noone apologised.booked for 2 people, there was only one towel, one slippera, one bathrobe in the room.breakfast was cold, even in the chavings the food was all cold. Had to look for aomeone to ask for coffee, ask for fork, etc. One lady steppwd to us when we almost finished our breakfast if we’d like to order scrambled eggs… disaster.
