Liked: Fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable room. The staff were very welcoming. Excellent location. Great facilities. Would stay here again without hesitistio

Liked: Incredibly convenient location. Near Zocalo, yet far enough from the crowds. It is quiet and clean facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is sumptuous with a good variety of items.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit cramped but comfortable.

Holland meets Mexico

Liked: Located in Centre Historic, the hotel was close to many of the museums and sights we wanted to see in Mexico City. The hotel is very functional for a city break. This hotel group DH has a hotel in the Hague, which I had stayed at on a city break. The hotels are very similar and very consistent with a good breakfast (Mexican plus continental) comfortable room and friendly service.
Disliked: On 2 days there was confusion with house keeping. Only 1 towel remained after cleaning, no complimentary water, no creamer, reception sorted this out when asked.
