Good hotel, and a convenient...

Liked: We weren’t supposed to stay at this hotel because our trip was taking us from Los Cabos to Cancun on the same day. But once again, Aeromexico surprised us, and we had to spend one night here. The hotel was clean, very comfortable, and the breakfast staff were really nice.
Disliked: We didn’t have a good experience with the nighttime concierge staff. There were five hotel employees present, but only two were attending to guests. We waited for at least 15 minutes before being helped, and that only happened because I asked them to notice us. That’s why I gave such a low rating.

Disliked: After 18 hours of travelling, waiting by the reception for 25 minutes is now what I had hoped for. Very disorganised receiption, kept walking from one side to the other, looking for stuff.Also very expensive for what it is but literally in the terminal so cannot fault it.

Disliked: Being ripped off by the restaurant. We arrived late on 10 April & paid $242 for the room for one night then went straight to bed so no dinner. My husband got altitude sickness during the night and became ill. On 11 April he had no breakfast and I only had a coffee so the restaurant manager said we need not pay. Then a man from the restaurant came to our room asking for US$242 for breakfast (his words). I had an argument with him about this but in the end I paid as I needed to get my husband to the doctor urgently. After the doctor we left the hotel in mid-morning and flew out. Both $ amounts show on my bank account.
