Liked: The property is beautifully maintained and in a great location. The food was excellent, and the staff was kind and was generous with their time. Javi was so helpful and assisted us at every turn. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. We really had an excellent visit.
Disliked: Our room included a cot. Our guest who slept on the cot said it was not very comfortable.

Liked: The location was great and right on gran via. The service provided was good and the staff were helpful.
Disliked: The room was almost dark. They need to provide proper lighting fixtures. The rooms have lampshades and smaller lights next to the bed. The bathroom also did not have proper lights. Even the corridor leading to the rooms was almost dark.
