Liked: Location is okay
Disliked: staff at the reception are not professional, specially the man. The room they gave me didn't have a window. The 5 stars rating is not right for this hotel. Room service doesn't have options. Oh and the bed is twisted as if it's broken

Liked: The customer relations staff were exceptional. Laura was so helpful and welcoming. The room and bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to most things we wanted to see and do.
