Liked: The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and numerous nearby restaurants. The personnel were friendly and helpful, and our room was excellent.

Liked: Very good location; friendly and professional staff.
Disliked: Frustrating communication issues: tried to buy an early check-in after they sent me a message offering it. I received twice further messages telling me that check-in is from 3pm. No confirmation that I had early access, but they still managed to charge it to me (now refunded). I had stopped a few days before at the reception to inquire about this, but it didn’t help. The lady who helped me with the refund was very helpful - even if she seemed to think till the end that it was likely all my fault.

Ok but not again.

Liked: Location and staff, also breakfast was good.
Disliked: We were on the 5th floor and the ceiling beams cut into the room severely so you have to stoop to walk. Also at night there was huge risk of hitting your head. Lots of noise at night from the outside. The sheets were stained which we had to get replaced.
