Liked: Great location, exceptionally helpful staff, it was more than what we expected. Clean area and location. Parking is by valet when you check-in if you bring a car. The breakfast was excellent, had all types of options available, including for little kids. The hotel room was very spacious for downtown Madrid. Very clean, attentive staff, and even if you forgot something -- they have you covered. Although a bit far to walk to the historic center (about 40min or more), there are plenty of taxis, access points to the Metro. it was very close to the diplomatic area, so if you have business to do, this is a great location.
Disliked: Breakfast is not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs. They should consider having the lift stop on the floor of the breakfast to have increased accessibility

Great hotel, great city, and...

Liked: We had spacious room, great breackfast. The location of thehotel is great, just outside of the center. Hottel personel was very friendly and helpfull. I definatelly will stay there agan!
