Liked: breakfast was great, but I would have liked to have been able to have fried eggs or an omlette
Disliked: The gym was big and spacious but not enough weights, no squat rack, or bench press

Excellent, staff very friendly and...

Liked: The hotel was located in the centre easy to get to all the places of interest. Only drawback for us was the steps into the hotel. They had a ramp which they brought back and forth but it was very steep and my husband’s scooter could only manage it with the staff pulling or pushing it ( not really safe).
Disliked: We liked everything apart from the ramp.

Great location with friendly staff...

Liked: Room nice the big with nice size bath /shower great location in Zaragoza. staff friendly, helpful. the man parking the car the taking our luggage was very friendly with good English. Breakfast had great choice of lovely food scramble eggs cooked specially when asked for.
Disliked: Took a long while to fill the bath. Room a little tatty. No bar available when we were there.

Elegant stay in centre of...

Liked: Elegant and comfortable hotel in central location. Great service from the cheerful staff who are always esgre to please.
Disliked: The hotel was excellent in every respect.

Could improve on customer service

Liked: The hotel is situated in the town centre walking distance to El tubo area for nice taps, the old town with the Basilica and Cathedral.The rooms were pleasant but not very clean, for example there were stain on my pillow case. However, when mentioned they promptly changed it.There were not many complimentary amenities that you would expect from a 4 stars hotel like vanity set, sewing kit and so forth.Moving on to the service, we found a leaflet in the room advertising massages which only requested a 4h notice. Despite staying for over 72h and after several attempts to requested the said massages, we left Zaragoza a bit stressed and tense. Apparently the only masseus on their payroll was always ill and the didn't make any effort to find any alternative option. Laura in concierge made no attempt. Furthermore, her behaviour was unacceptable when we followed up and she rolled her eyes and in general she lacked customer service ethic. We had higher expectations from this hotel.

Great location for town ,...

Liked: Reception fabulous and room was good but the hotel needs a revamp . Breakfast was good but team need to clean tables before relaying . It is noisy on a Friday night - maybe ask for inside room away from road if want a quite night
