Fautless.

Liked: The hotel was large but not imposing. The staff were friendly, kind and keen to help and guide. The location is within walking distance to the Old Town where the shops and tourist location. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the two recommended by the hotel were really good . There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel . The staff are helpful there too.
Disliked: I wish there had been more outdoor space to sit. Like a garden or terrace.

Lovely centrally located hotel with...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and professional, the location was fantastic - in the heart of the city with access to great restaurants, sights and shops.
Disliked: The internet connection was terribly slow. Breakfast was a little confusing in terms of the setup and expectations. There was limited sitting area to just lunch and have a drink (unless I missed it).

The best hotel in Zaragoza.

Liked: This hotel holds a very high standard of service which is so nice to experience. The reception staff were kind and polite and made us feel a valued customer.The room was Spotless and comfortable, the whole hotel was relaxing and holds a pleasant atmosphere.Breakfast was an enjoyable experience and nicely laid out. This is a very pet friendly hotel and much appreciated.I think we will be back at the Gran Hotel for Christmas and the New year.Many thank for an enjoyable stop over on our drive back to the UK
