Lovely hotel I will definitely...

Liked: The guy who was making the fresh omelets was very nice & a really pleasant smile nice to see first thing in the morning,nice selection of food to choose from for breakfast
Disliked: There was a bit of broken glass on the floor beside my bed I could have cut my foot on it,but every thing else in the bedroom was really nice fantastic view,of the city from my bedroom window,

Disliked: The showers were overloading we changed 2 rooms with the same issue and didnt even get my money back

Liked: Location was great. Perfectly clean. Staff professional. Great sized rooms with large beds. Breakfast buffet had great variety with plenty available. Very quite considering it's just across from train station.
Disliked: The restaurant for dinner looked classy and inviting, however the menu option was very basic (more like a lunch offer eg burgers and sandwiches - no grilled steak or cooked meals offered). It appeared the meals might've been delivered from a kitchen on different location (although all were fresh tasting). If this was side meals offered at the bar, this would be fine. With 5 star restaurant cost, I felt a little disappointed.

Awesome service

Liked: Awesome service. The personal was very friendly and professional. The room was bright and clean. I'm happy we had a room on the 18th floor and had a beautiful view. The sauna looked clean.
Disliked: Good location, but the area around the central train station is not very pleasant.

Disliked: A bit of a wait for check-in. (Not long, like 10 minutes)

Liked: The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Easy access to trams to get into Old Town.
Disliked: The parking was very expensive. €41 a day is a bit much.
