Liked: The hotel is perfectly located, just a short 10-minute walk from a shopping center and a 15–20-minute walk from a river. The room is cleaned every day, and practically everything you need, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and brush, is provided.
Disliked: The first thing that annoyed me was the unfriendly staff. There was one man in particular who lacked grace and a friendly demeanor. Being kind and courteous is crucial when working in the service industry, but the staff was also helpful and friendly, so I can not really complain. However, there was one thing that really bothered me—all the cups and glasses in my room were filthy—and even though they were changed the following day, I still did not feel good about it. I hope they paid more attention to this issue because everything else seemed fine.
