Hotel is in an ideal...
Liked: Great location. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: The location of this hotel is perfect — approximately 10–15 minutes on foot from the main railway station.The area is surrounded by beautiful architectural buildings, and there are two shopping malls just a 5-minute walk away.The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is excellent — definitely a great way to start the day.There was one disappointing thing, though — although it’s not the hotel’s fault.Every 15, 30, or 60 minutes (I couldn’t quite tell the exact timing), a bell rang loudly, and unfortunately, it woke us up at 8 AM.I’m not sure what it was for — it didn’t sound like a regular clock chime — but it was loud enough to disturb our sleep.

Liked: - Very comfortable modern hotel- Spacious room- very central next to the main square- nice spa facilities- good value for money

Liked: We had a very comfortable and sizable room for 3 family adults facing the beautiful city cathedral.Location very central you can practically walk to all the tourist sites.By the way there is no Uber in Dresden but hotel staff are quick to arrange a taxi for you.Plenty of good eateries around the hotel and some of them close at 11pm which are good for late diners.

Liked: The location is perfect. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Liked: Good location, polite reception staff, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the staff who cleaned the room used my tonometer in our absence. The device automatically recorded someone else's measurements in our absence and sent them to my phone. At the reception, the main cleaning manager just shook her head at the staff, saying: "Ukraine, Ukraine..."As it turned out, this is true, the cleaning was done by staff from Ukraine, and in the corridor these people from Ukraine told us that they did not steal anything... (that is, all other people's things in the room can be touched, used and measured???). In the United Arab Emirates, such staff are given a video recorder on their suit and there is no problem.Many thanks to the deputy hotel director, Stephan Kollhoff, he sorted out the whole situation, assured us that this is unacceptable in their hotel chain and that they will take all measures to prevent this from happening in the future.
