Great hotel conversion, super staff...

Liked: The Breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Very busy but well managed and staffed.Very good Roof Bar and Terrace.
Disliked: The towels were like cardboard.

Made Copenhagen far more enjoyable...

Liked: Start to finish, incredible stay. Friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. The location was walkable to all destinations we visited. Breakfast was very nice, better than most with several alternatives.
Disliked: Very minor issue was the shower. Open concept so if you shower, inevitably, the entire bathroom including around the toilet are covered and drains very slowly.

Overall a 3 star experience

Liked: Location, modern bathroom, comfortable mattress
Disliked: This hotel is more 3 than 5 star. Don’t expect a warm smile or friendly greeting. Many groups gather in the narrow Lobby, airline cruise stay here, and the Restaurant for Breakfast needs improvement. Staff don’t acknowledge guests, Buffet is a health hazard with people cough, sneeze and touch serving utensils- No hygiene protocol. No one ever asked if we enjoy our stay or even thanked us. Check-in was as unwelcoming as check-out. Would have appreciated assistance with6 pieces of luggage.
