Liked: Good waterfront location with direct boat stops providing easy transport to central Copenhagen. A short walk from the historic centre, 200m from the metro. Quality breakfast with good selection and servis
Disliked: Disastrous level of cleaning - 2 days in a row no one came to clean the room - see photo every day after returning in the evening. The housekeeping manager clearly can't do his job - next to the elevators to the floor there was an open pantry every day where guests' food piled up on trays, so the smell of the food was the first thing to hit your nose when you got off the elevator. Food piled up from morning to night, doors permanently open, laundry carts parked in the elevator lobby quietly into the evening all day. I haven't experienced such catastrophic cleaning in years. When I complained to the reception, the lady smiled pleasantly, but for the next few hours nothing changed, repeated complaint to her colleague was a surprise to him and even so, under two days someone came to clean for a few more hours at 20h in the evening, when you are very annoyed in the stay. Absolute horror in relation to the price ! Liked: GREAT location, very central to attractions, and transit. Extremely clean. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom.
Disliked: The bed was pretty firm (but sleeping on an extra comforter helped that), and you could hear some noise from the hallways. Room cleaning started while we were sleeping, so use your do not disturb sign.

Disliked: the receptionist who check me in to the hotel is not helping.i have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights through booking.com and stated requested for connecting room for my sons. But when i arrived the reception told me that the connecting room is not available and asked me to accept the rooms provided by her.But when i move to the room, my son insists of having connected rooms. so he call the other receptionist himself and managed to get the connected rooms. Alhamdulillah. Thank you
