All in all we had...

Liked: NH Collection is in a very convenient location, the breakfast was very good and comprehensive of anything you may want. I was there to celebrate my birthday and the staff was very kind and offered a bottle of champagne and lovely treats which were most appreciated.
Disliked: Unfortunately there are few things that I didn’t like at all. As soon as you enter the hotel you are greeted by the strongest smell of some kind of air freshener or other perfume which continues into the room, so strong that we asked immediately for a different room. Unfortunately the hotel was full and we couldn’t change. We asked house keeping to refrain from using air fresheners in our room however the windows are sealed and there is only air conditioning and no fresh air coming in. Also unfortunately the room wasn’t very clean. I will attach some photos, lots of dust on the television, steam iron not producing steam dirt in the groove handles of the mini bar, dirty cups and shower head a disaster really especially when you are in a 5 star hotel

Liked: Wonderful location..nice modern hotel…but the person on staff who made it perfect for us was Erika at the front desk.She provided excellent customer focused help in sorting out our reservation
Disliked: Nice rooms..excellent breakfast choices

Overpriced

Disliked: Chaotic check in, room staff erratic, took away our sheet and didn't replace it.
