Amazing staff clean property

Liked: The lady who checked us in was wonderful and kind and helped us a lot. Location is good few blocks from city center.
Disliked: Rooms and toilets were small in size, no water inside the room

Lovely hotel in great location!

Liked: Location fantastic, very comfortable room with great bathroom. Beautifully designed hotel with mainly excellent helpful staff
Disliked: Very disappointed with Roof Top bar. Although we booked a time well in advance of our stay we were offered totally unsuitable seating. The staff were not at all attentive, waiter service only, we had one drink each and as we were ignored for the 50 months nurse we spent there, we left.

Our stay met our expectations....

Liked: The employees at customer relations were very helpful, the location was very central, cleanliness was perfect and the breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing to say . Everything was perfect.

Very good

Liked: Very nice hotel with large rooms and bathrooms, and modern, clean furnishings. Very spacious. Very solid and varied breakfast but staff gets a bit impatient at the end trying to close everything as soon as the time ends. Location is good and away from the tourist crowd but easily accessible from the bridge
Disliked: staff at breakfast was not very friendly - had a sarcastic tone and multiple times heard them complaining about being there and wanting to leave asap. While I understand everyone has issues at their job, it is a bit inappropriate to have these types of conversations within earshot of guests who are paying premium to spend a few nights there
