Liked: A convenient location in tha city centre with peaceful rooms. Helpful staff, especially on the front desk. The roof top bar was relaxing.
Disliked: We only had a window into an internal courtyard.

Liked: Convenient, professional service and attention to detail, amenities in the room, coffee maker, comfortable bed
Disliked: One day there was no hot water and we were not warned. We would have appreciated a heads up.

Liked: Amazing breakfast and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and lovely touches for Easter
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean enough - lots of dust and hair in bathroom. Also the roof terrace wasn’t open which was a shame considering the weather was great

Disliked: The room didn't have balcony, very small window felt like prison

Liked: Quiet room. Good ventilation in bathroom. Rooftop deck. Complimentary drink and upgrade because room not ready until after 16h. Delightfully friendly Valeria and Federico (?)
Disliked: Dust on some furniture in room. Laptop safe not affixed to anything, it can be carried out! Hole in bedsheet. Rooftop bar not open in April.
