A wonderful experience to remember!...

Liked: Our room was incredible, spacious, pretty and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful as always. The swimming pool and spa facilities were better than we remembered. It's a superior and beautiful hotel, placed in a central and great area of the city. We love it very much and intend to return in the future! A+++

Liked: Concierge and staff helping with the lagguage were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I had several e-mail communication with your staff to get organized that we have two bookings. Everything was confirmed and seemed to be ok.At the check-in, it took ages that got our keys. The keys for one room was then not extended to the second booking. So we needed to spend another "few" meetings to get this organized etc. It was kind of tendious.

This product is not "fabulous...

Disliked: The rooms are badly designed. Space is not optimised so you feel squashed in with nowhere to put your luggage and move around, but better design would solve it in the same size space. Even the desk is a stupid design, they put all the things like a kettle and coffee machine where you need to put your laptop to work. The product is poor and needs renovation, basic things like the toilet seat or shower. The staff at check in need training, it was amateur hour.

Disliked: Don’t take rooms overlooking the front. Tram noise bad.
