Liked: The service is excellent, the building is impressive, and the room is exceptionally well-equipped and comfortable
Disliked: The room is spacious and well-equipped. However, the design lacks refinement. The bathroom is large and comfortable, though the water pressure is weak

Fully enjoyable stay

Liked: Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant so handy to all the main spots. Breakfast was great, catered for everyone and such a variety of food on offer.

Lovely building, great location. Disappointing...

Liked: Lovely spa area. Great bar and location was very convenient.
Disliked: We had water dripping into our wardrobe wetting our clothes. This was reported but was became worse, dripping into coffee machine.

Liked: Nice room, small though. Great breakfast. Professional staff, very committed to help. Great location, close to several main places in old town.
