Liked: Breakfast was super ,especially the healthy option side ,I love it and I rarely find hotel with that range of healthy option ,thank you
Disliked: confusing to get out of the metro station and get to the right side for the hotel ,lol

Worthwhile stay in Brussels

Liked: The hotel is in a great location (a higher end area of Brussels). Breakfast selection was amazing and the gentlemen who work the breakfast room are extremely well trained, friendly, and customer service oriented. Five stars to them.
Disliked: The daily “cleaning” leaves much to be desired. For example, things that are clearly garbage weren’t thrown away, towels were not replaced, and a towel we left by our door was not picked up even though it was clearly dirty. For a four star property this is not acceptable.
