Disliked: We asked for early check in if possible they told us they were gonna do what they could. At the end room wasn’t ready for early check in, that’s okay but the problem was the room wasn’t ready not even after check in time which was 3pm, they wanted to move us in a different room which was ready but with different specs than the one we booked and paid for. We had to wait till after 5pm in order to finally check in. For a 4 stars hotel this is not acceptable.

Disliked: Even though I had notified, many days in advance, that I would arrive early between 11-12 am, nothing had been arranged. Even at 3 pm, when they finally gave me the room key, the room was not ready.

Disliked: WiFi was so slow that it was almost unusable and not comparable to market offerings. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Staying their again, beautiful city.

Liked: The location is great, every thing is close by, stores, shops, resturants, cafes, supermarkets, and pharmacy, many nice attractions and the area is vibrant, I recommend taking tour bus for this particular city to show you around, the reception friendly and check in was easy, breakfast is really good every thing is available, room service is great room was cleaned every time I come back, the shower pressure wonderful and have many setting for water massage, it was relaxing after long day walking. definitly staying again their. Oh, so close to metro.
Disliked: Nothing.
