Liked: The place of the hotel is very perfect.I stayed in premium room with balcony.The room was very comfortable .

Liked: Location. It was central to most key points.
Disliked: The staff wasn’t friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the one day. And on the other days, the cleaning was more tidying up than cleaning. Cups, glasses and some bathroom amenities like shower caps were not replaced.

Disappointing

Disliked: Upon arrival, we had to wait more than half an hour to check in. When booking the hotel, we were not informed that we would get a connecting room with other people, which was very noisy - every sound from the next room could be heard through the connecting door, which constantly made us feel like we were in a cheap hostel. Basically, the soundproofing is poor - everything can be heard through the "paper" wall from the bathroom and through the windows from the outside.

The perfect base for exploring...

Liked: This is a clean and stylish hotel that is centrally located, which makes it the perfect base for exploring the city - we were able to walk everywhere. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, and they had even arranged for mini patisseries to be waiting in our room for us (we were on holiday to celebrate my mum's birthday).
Disliked: The beds weren't the most comfortable to sleep on. The mattresses are quite thin and you can feel the springs through them if you lie on your side.

Great service and great design

Liked: Excellent breakfast, room facilities and design. Great flower market nearby where you can but fresh flowers.Location is good, you can take a walk from the railway station (around 15-20 minutes) or take a tram.
Disliked: We were asked to sign the same form twice - when we left our bags on arrival (before the check-in) and during the actual check-in. Seemed like one of the employees was unsure whether they should ask for it or not and decided to double-check. The room overviewing the city was totally worth it, so opt for an upgrade if possible.
