Disliked: I was surprised when they told me they do not clean room and only if I will ask they will clean it!!!The charging of my credit card was incorrect and also the bill sent was wrongI am still waiting for a correction of the bull and for money return!!!

Worst hotel in Amsterdam

Disliked: I put 1 star so i can write a review The worst hotel i stayed in my life 1-No luggage help - self service even if you are old you have to carry your bags up the stairs 2-No heating in the rooms , it is central and managed by the hotel management not by your choose even if it is 9 degrees !3-They gave me an external heater and it cause me almost my life i got Flu and lack of oxygen while am sleeping as per doctor feedback 4-No soundproof , not a quite at all , not good for chill and relaxif its the cleaning time in the rooms next to you ,you have to wake up because the sound of the vacuum and cleaning is like a party happening there 5-all hotels providing an umbrella except this hotel and they do rent it 48h for 3.5 £ !My opinion is this hotel not relative to 490 £ per night at all !

Liked: The location was very convenient to public transport and the city sites, plus in a safe and pleasant area. The breakfast offerings were excellent, and the rooms were a good size.
