Good but not great.

Liked: Online check in, big room, excellent shower
Disliked: Hot breakfast items and breakfast coffee were poor, I paid nearly €500 for two nights and would still have had to pay extra to use the business centre. The hotel was good but not €500 for two nights good.

Spent three nights for work...

Liked: Clean, with all necessary amenities - hair dryer, toothpaste, iron board, water, coffee, etc.The breakfast had a wide variety and the bacon and eggs were great.

My experience at nhow Brussels

Liked: The designs were quite nice and a lot of thought was put into the artwork in the hotel although I did not like the placement of the mirrors in the room, it felt a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast spread was also pretty good. Overall I'd say the hotel was decent and comfortable enough for a 1 night stay
Disliked: The parking was extremely difficult to find, we had to circle the area for around 15 minutes until we finally found the back entrance. The area did not feel safe at all and I would not stay here again due to this. When you walk into the lift there's also a sign saying take out your valuables and not leave anything to thieves.. this was extremely unsettling especially when paying €29 for the "secure" parking. If you're looking for a hotel in a safe area where you can walk around, I'd consider a different location.
