A nice solution for an...

Liked: The bed was so comfortable. It was like lying on a cloud. I left early in the morning so there was no option for breakfast. So I appreciated the coffee and croissants in the lobby. It was a surprise. The free and short transport to the airport was great.
Disliked: I came by train but there were two exits to the station and I took the wrong one, so I had to look for the hotel and walk. I would suggest to inform the customer which exit is the right one to the hotel.

Met expectations

Liked: Used hotel for short overnight stay between flights. Shuttle to and from BRU ran as scheduled. No time for breakfast, but selection was extensive.
Disliked: Menu for dinner....limited selection.

Liked: The spacious, good looking room for a low price.
Disliked: The sink was clogged, visible signs of not cleaned toilet and barely working hair dryer.
