Liked: The best possible option if one is in transit through Brussels airport, before or after 13 hours flight - VERY CONVENIENT: 5 min away (mid-night - 25 euros taxi and morning free shuttle), vey comfortable and silent rooms, and extremely polite and friendly hospitality. Namely, the staff coordinating the breakfast stations. THANK YOU so much, Domingos. I certainly will return to this hotel any time the flight has such a long stopover in Brussels.

Liked: Very modern and elegant. The Train stop was in front the hotel to go to Center in 2 stops. Fabulous breakfastAnd they have a free shuttle to the airport

Liked: We had dinner on the first floor. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was excellent. The rooms and the lobby were very clean.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the shower in room 315. Luckily, we had two rooms. There was no soap by the sink—two bottles of body lotion were placed there instead of soap. There was no bottled water. After a long flight, guests definitely need bottled water. If you don’t want to spend one euro for your guests' comfort, at least set up a minibar and sell water in the room fridge.

Liked: Location and connectivity to centre
Disliked: Poorly organised for guest when they arrive no guidance like where to park temporarily till check in and also I spent 15 min in circles to find a normal parking underground as there were none available and had to park in the electric vehicle designated parking. Went to inform reception and they simply say yes these electric parking are made available to all due to shortage, when they knew but did not bother to inform in advance.Underground parking have no proper road marking

Liked: The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Well equipped too.
Disliked: The breakfast is going fast downhill- Coffee machines are inadequate, selection is poor and it's poor value.

A much comfortable stay.

Liked: The location was easy to access via train from Brussels Midi to Diegem. The staff were really helpful and made my stay at the hotel much better and I will definitely come back again. A massive thank you to ADRIANNE who assured me that everything will be fine with a private taxi assistance to the airport. Thank you so much guys

Liked: Great hotel to stay in before flying. Parking is good. Employees are hit or miss. They were great when we stayed but when we came in 2 weeks later to collect our car they couldn’t find the booking and talked over me telling me we didn’t stay at the hotel when we did. They finally sorted it out but the woman could have been nicer overall. The employee who helped her was nice though.
