Great staff tired looking hotel

Liked: Location is great and staff very nice very friendly staff
Disliked: The room is in need of decoration looks poor grubby worn out especially the bathroom looked tired old and the bath is dangerously slippery I fell out of the bath when using the inappropriate shower hurt myself

Great location and value for...

Liked: Hotel staff were exceptional - Chantel was lovely, she has great customer skills and it was a pleasure to be served by her! The hotel is nice and in a great location. The room was a very nice size, the shower was lovely and the bed was comfortable. We requested extra pillows and the hotel accommodated our request :)
Disliked: The only downside was the carpet in our room - you can see many stains and it's very old... the carpets need replacing really

Great 'old school' hotel with...

Liked: I've stayed here a few times over the past few years, as it's a very convenient location - right beside the bus station - looking across the T'zand Square with a plentiful choice of bars and restaurants. I know the hotel is in need of an update, although this does not really bother me - it has a certain 'old school' charm! The staff are also very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I did notice this time that the beds were not comfortable, and both my husband and I could feel the springs through the mattress. I have since read that others have reported the same issue. NH you need to replace your beds for a much more comfortable stay!

Disliked: We mentioned the coffee machine was missing and were told one would be put in the room but it never was. No bottled water in the room either
