Friendly and convenient

Liked: The room was compact but had everything we needed except a good dressing table with mirror. It had two good size single beds joined together. The breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the location suited us well with access everywhere we wanted and small local bars/restaurants close by.
Disliked: The building next door is being refurbished so first impressions weren’t great

Exceptional

Liked: This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was very good, lots of lovely fresh fruit, selection of cold meats, bread, muesli and great coffee.

Good location and parking

Liked: Great location for the football stadium, to watch Spurs’ Europa League victory
Disliked: There was construction out the front that was very noisy from early in the day and they couldn’t move us. The breakfast could be better.

Ok for short stay in...

Liked: Hotel was booked due to close proximity to the airport for 1 night stay. Location was not the best and very little choice around the town to get food later in the evening as the hotel didn't do evening meals.

Advance Warning.

Liked: We liked the location.The car park was good.Rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The big problem was at 7.30am on Monday 7th July,we were badly disturbed by builders building a hotel/apartment block directly adjoining our hotel.We feel guests should be informed in advance about any building projects, if it could affect them directly. If we knew in advance about the building work, we may have made the decision not to stay there.
