Liked: Very clean room, friendly staff, this is exactly what you expect from NH chain, nothing to complain about. You can book a parking space via ampido app which is very comfortable because you can leave your car few hour before check in and go exploring Berlin on foot :) location is perfect - technikmuseum, Berlin story bunker, brandenburger tor is about 10-20 minutes of walking. Edeka supermarket across the street. For me perfect hotel in Berlin. Very good breakfast, maybe not the best ever, but still very good.

Liked: The location is close to the airport. Great if you have a flight and need to be close. There is a bus that drives frequently between the hotel and the airport. Rooms are clean. Late check ins are managed well too

Liked: Staff was great, great breakfast, the bicycle rent service is a great idea and the rooms clean and spacious.

Don't bother with NH hotels

Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: Booked the room since breakfest and parking should be available, but a day before check in I got a msg dispaying the list of prices for things that the booking listing shows are part of the facilities. Also trying to communicate with the hotel via booking msg was impossible, they would just send a broken link and tell me to look there for what available. Also if the hotel cannot provide twin beds as requested they can let me know before I show up. And one of the workers scoffed when I asked how am I supposed to share a bed and blenket with someone I'm not intimate with.Go spend you money elsewhere, when you'll be respected
