Nice, centra, comfortable and clean...

Liked: Very spacious, comfortable room. Very big and comfortable bed. Cernral, lovely cafés and restaurants in the area, short walk to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus stops.
Disliked: We stayed in this hotel many times. This time we had a room in a different wing, and it was just on the S-Bahn tracks. The windows are excellent and noise proof, but you couldn't sleep with the window open, just with closed windows and aircondition on.

Liked: The location was centrally located
Disliked: It was extremely loud at night and the window to the street was not well insulated so we could hear the noise outside. When booking a room indicating that we have a dog but nothing was prepared even though it was stated that a bed, water bowl would be provided. Additionally, the hold on my credit card has not been released for the last 15 days, which is unfortunate as it was meant to be for a few days only. We also had to provide all details on arrivals and again on check-out.
